This time around, there are but few forum members who have reported on the "CE-2013 written result" thread. I reckon we won't be getting much of a response in this thread, too. Let us all focus on our prep instead.

1st day consisted of written activities.
2nd day consisted of one Urdu discussion, A speech in English for 2 minutes, Command Task I was the 2nd to perform my Command Task.
Then Interview with the Psychologists:
It was a panel of 3.
Started with my introduction, few questions about family, my educational background. Psychologists tested my skills in Economics. I was asked questions:
What is Circular Debt?
Internal Debt?
Three functions of SBP?
What is meant by the statement that a State has bankrupt?
Give solution in one line of all the Economic problems of Pakistan?
What is Planning division?
Role of Planning division?
What was the volume of last budget of Pakistan?
How much is the external debt of Pakistan?
I answered all saying sorry for two questions of budget and debt figures.
Then the Current Affairs and GK:
Who is the minister for petroleum? Where does he belong?
What was the problem in Sri Lanka? What is its current position?
What is the capital of North Waziristan Agency and South Waziristan Agency? How many Agencies are in FATA?
What is SAARC? Memeber countries?
Do you get angry?
What do you do to control your anger?
Recite Darood Sharif and then they recited it with me smilingly
It was a very pleasant experience. Maam the Psychologist was smiling most of the time. There was no confrontation or argument. At the end I said Allah Hafiz and passed smiles, they reciprocated.

questions about personality traits u possess, who had more influence in your upbringing mother or father, book that has influenced you, a decision that you took on your own, activities in your daily routine you perform unwillingly, 3 wishes that have not been fulfilled besides CSS, historical figures and thinkers whose views today's youth should NOT follow, economic policies of the govt. which will have a long lasting impact on the economy, how your opponents (real or imaginary) view your personality (they expect a detailed answer)

Test with daily life life situations where one has to take a decision: for e.g a student who is the star player of the school's hockey team has failed a test and now he cannot play in the final game due to his failure, he is being given a chance to retake the test, during the test the teacher leaves the room he has the opportunity to cheat what advice would you give him

Words on a flash card test (taken twice), they hardly give you 2 seconds to write down a sentence with the word shown on the flash card be quick

Day 2
Group discussion in urdu our topic was "deeni madaris ko hukumat ki tahveel me hona chaiyai"

individual speech in english for 2 mint each candidate gets a different topic our group had topics like corruption, women's rights in pakistan, ignorance is a blessing (i totally blanked on this by the way)

Command tasks: lack of public transportation in big cities, industrialization of rural areas, hostages taken by militants, 30% increase in education fees leading to student protests.

Finally a 20 mint interview by a 3 member panel. they asked me questions mostly related to psychology because of my educational background, chairman of senate, governor kpk, chief justice of sindh high court, FATA.

I had the worst performance in our group I tend to speak quickly, make my point and move on which to the panel appeared that I was too brief with my comments so do try to elaborate your point but of course with due consideration to time, try not to speak in the last every time because by the time its your turn all the suggestions that occur to you have already been given by others and then you're under pressure to come up with something new yet relevant.
