@Artemis in instructions it is written that candidates are to bring application form duly filled in.....what application form they are talking about?

Last time they were to be downloaded from website. Haven't received my letter yet so can't confirm as they might send them with the letter as well. Are you in first phase?

@Artemis thanks for your timely reply.no m not in phas 1 ,i am from peshawar.but i was worried if thay were asking abour css-2014 application form copy as i has gone missing somewhere from me though i still remember what i filled in it.thanks u relieve me of my tension.

I don't know from where I will get the requisites:
Application form
Security clearance proforma
Educational profile proforma
Undertaking

Those who are going to conduct in before our group are reqested to furnish information about these,as these guys are going the same before us.
I am sincerely waiting for reply.

Group has 8 members. Psychological day 1 is 26-11-14
These guys are requested to contact me so we can have some understanding among group members. Last time during 2010 we had very developed such understanding among the group. I hope group can take on board before going to Fpsc. Thank you.

Psychological Test takes one day followed by Group Discussion/ Two-minute Topic Presentation and Psychological Viva on another day. Both these steps may take place consecutively or on alternate days.

dear artemis,

thanks for reply... however i just find one form which is security clearance form pdf... it has sections for education and family also. is this the only form or are there separate educational pro forma and undertaking to be filled as well. the form i have got is 5 pages with heading security clearance performa..
