Default scientific calculator
scientific calculator is not allowed for accounting paper. in fact one does not require the scientific calculator at all to solve the accounting paper.

Post Use of scientific Calculator !
As per instruction # 26 of FPSC Instructions to Candidates:

"Simple Calculators will be allowed in Pure Mathematics, Accountancy. Scientific Calculators will be allowed in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Physics and Chemistry only."

Apart from rules they have not objected or checked possession of scientific or simple calculator. Most of the students including me had scientific calculator with them in Accounting paper in last attempt.(Karachi Center)
