I have some knowledge about HTML, DHTML, Javascript, PHP, CSS, C, C++, C# , Java, Database Mysql......... what other knowledge should i need?? Please guide me..
Well, I would suggest not to go for Computer Science. You have done B.Com and have only studied basic computer science. CSS Copmuter Sc. paper is not that easy. Have a look at CSS 2011 Paper. It is a composition of different subjects like Software Engineering, Databases, Programming Languages, Computer Architecture, Networking etc. You need to study a book for each of these subjects to cover the syllabus of computer science which would take a lot of time and effort. Those who have done B.Sc(CS)/BCS/MCS/M.Sc(CS) etc. may have studied most of the contents of CSS Computer Science Paper, therefore they can easily cover the syllabus.
I don't intend to discourage you. I respect your courage but we should always be wise and logical in making decisions. ''Impossible is nothing" sounds good and one can make it possible with continuos effort. But chances of CSS exam are not like leaves of tree which will return in spring season. You may prepare any other subject in far less time than Computer Science.
This is what I think... off course choice is always yours!

the best approach to prepare for CS as far as my experience is concerned, would be to sit in front of your computer having an internet connection, open google and search for notes of different subjects like database, networks, OOPS, programming, automata theory, data structure, computer architecture etc... it will come up with wonderful and easy to grab material with lot many notes, e_books, powerpoint slides etc.. scrutinize them and choose among them the best of best having the study material for the topics mentioned in the syllabus.. in this way you will have the required material to prepare for CS in your hands.. now all you have to do is to study them and build your concept..

"scrutinize them and choose among them the best of best having the study material for the topics mentioned in the syllabus" ... thats Not an Easy task & much lenghty , i think ... i will prefere books 1st for basic understanding then you can go for this option ..

@ fauqia

If you have not studied theory of computation and automata, compiler construction and advance operating systems then i would suggest that do not opt for computer science as it may prove out be a nightmare for you.
