What measures should pakistan take to stablize the economy and decrease dependence on foriegn loan/aid? please put some light on this issue and give a comprehensive answer.

The main factor that is contributing towards downsliding of an economy is Corruption; all other factors are offshoot. FBR receives only 36 Rs. tax out of 100 Rs. genuine tax. Where does the rest amount go? If you research in any sector of economy, corruption and malfeasance gives birth to many other factors that renders an economy virtually stagnant. Since, Pakistan has become an ungovernable state and the government is acting exactly like a Mafia; a subtle difference between the both is former's legitimacy is accepted by "majority" whereas the later has no or little legitimacy. The only solution is Anarcho-Capitalism that can save this Mafia-run country. Pakistani Government is a Mafia. It needs outright overhauling through Anarcho-Capitalism. Pakistani State needs to be privatized in its entirety. Every institution has been corrupted from top to bottom.
