A country's Balance of Payments consists of

1) Current Account: it deals with 'visible' goods i.e. imports & exports transacations.

2) Capital Account : it deals with 'invisible' merchandise i.e. services.

Current Account Deficit: In brief when imports exceed the exports of a country, there arises deficit. This situation makes a country a net debtor to the rest of the world.
Normally, a country also suffers deficit in its current A/c due to its various development programs.
However, a prolonged current A/c deficit is troublesome for a country.

Pakistan recorded a Current Account deficit of 1166 USD Million in the second quarter of 2013.

Dear you may need to revise your concepts. Current Account include imports exports of goods services and other exchange like aid, grant, gifts etc. Capital account refers to financial transactions between countries which include bonds, shares, currency exchange etc.
