Default Help required in understanding Critical Theory

Hello everyone!

I am studying IR theories from Robert Jackson and George Sorenson book "Introduction to International Relations".

Can somebody help me in understanding the Critical Theory or provide specific material regarding critical theory as I am unable to understand it

Plz also elaborate the difference between Critical Theory, Post-Structuralism and Post-Modernism.

I will be grateful.
Thanks
