i dont know about other provinces but ppsc has changed the paper pattern from subjective to objective. this tym paper will be of mcq's type(MENTIONED IN ADD). the syllabus is i guess
western and muslim political thought
ideology of pakistan
comparative and developmental politics
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
COMPARATIVE POLITICAL SYSTEMS OF UK,USA,CHINA AND TURKEY

you must have specialization in a particular subject to apply for lecturer like MA or MSc.
