Constitution is more important than law
when implementation case comes, first constitution will be given importance and law will be prepared after that constitution is safe guarded by Judiciary and it is its duty to implement it in true sense. Where law may be statuary or by ordinance or local law Hope that i am right

Constitution is also a kind of Law. But, it is the supreme Law of the land, wherein boundaries are prescribed for the legislation of ordinary law (Statutory law). Constitutional law , by itself, emphasizes on the describing role of the basic pillars of the state viz. Judiciary, Legislature and executive. It is the constitution which declares that whether these organs are to work separately or collectively. In a nutshell , constitution is also a law; to be precise a kind of law.

dear though i am not a student of political science, but according to my knowledge constitution is supreme authority from which we can derived laws.so, constitution is very important in the sense that we can not make such laws which are contrary to our constitution.it means that constitution is a regulatory body for all the laws which legislature make and judiciary is there to interpret.if any law is against the spirit of constitution, judiciary can declare it null and void.

"A body of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a state or other organization is acknowledged to be governed." Constitution is a sketch or idea upon which the laws are based. Like Constitution grants fundamental right to live. So in the light of this provision of constitution such laws should be made and enacted which assure the protection of lives of people.

If constitution is based on principle, though i have the same view, then what is difference between 'Law' and 'Constitution' if any. For me, Laws are also principles. |

LAW:- Law is the body of principles recognized and applied by the state in the administration of justice. In short:- The Constitution is the supreme law of the land; all other laws must be in accordance with it to provide remedy to the aggrieved & penalize the wrongdoer.

Article 6 prescribes death sentence to the one who abrogates constitution of Pakistan. Section 302 prescribes the death sentence for Qatl-e-amd Article 6 belongs to constitution which is Supreme Law, but it is a law; a kind of law. Section 302 enacted by legislature to penalize the one who violates statutory law viz PPC. Now, both are laws. Expression Law covers both the laws: ordinary and constitutional law. |
