Default Physics

I need help regarding PHYSICS. Please suggest good books regarding preparing the CSS syllabus of PHYSICS. I have seen the outline of the PHYSICS syllabus in www.css.com.pk PHYSICS column, topics are almost the same that are in FSc. I want to ask FSc Physics textbooks are enough to cover properly this exam? If not, kindly suggest standard books for preparing CSS PHYSICS. Thanks.

Waiting.

Default Dont Worry

Asslam o Alaikum
Dear proem

Dont worry friend, Physics at CSS level is not that much difficult if u have studied it well at FSc level. But now u will have to cover it up till Bachlors level. Regarding books, FSC level books are good but not enough to cover the syllabus of CSS. Therefore u will need to have some more advanced books. At present i m studying PHYSICS by RESNICK.HALLIDAY.KRANE fifth edition. Its a good book and can also be used as reference book.
One other thing is to check pasr papers of Physics. you will get the idea of the difficulty level of paper.

Regards

I was not afraid of Physics, I was afraid that the forum was not having a sub-forum for physics. thanks a lot for your concern.

Kindly suggest more PHYSICS book regarding CSS.
Thanks a lot.

God bless.

Being an Electronics Engineer i will suggest 'Electronic Circuits by Panter' or 'Power Electronics by Rashid' for the Electronics portion in paper 2. Especially the book by Panter is quite easy and its opening few chapters will fully cover the Electronics portion.

I think there are topics which can not be covered from one book. you have to consult more than one books.
try to study Bachelor's level books as there is a clear difference in approach in F.Sc level text.
one issue may be over numbered problems in HRK.
if u faces any difficulty feel free to contact me
