Default Value of constants in Physics

Just wanted to know from senior if we are required to learn the value of various constants by heart or they are provided in a sheet in the exam? Also one little query is about the kind of paper used in the exam..Is it lined or totally blank? Thanks

In most cases values of constants are not given in the paper... paper is totally blank, no lining at all....
