No, 3rd year and 4th year books are more than sufficient for CSS. However for general topics, like research based (theoretical part) & for sampling part, one can consult internet, or any other source.

Books of Sher Muhammad Chaudhry for 3rd year and 4th year may be quite useful in this regard. But, remember, statistics is not as easy as other subjects to be tackled if one doesn't have an aptitude and background for basic probability concepts and numerical solutions. And believe me, it is extremely tough to chew, digest and reproduce these formulas without an efficient command and control and vice versa.....

I have thorough grip on the above said chapters (6, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20), Moreover, I have fully grasped chapters 1,2,3,4,5,8,10,11,12 besides the above mentioned chapters. I know that Index Numbers is not included in CSS, so no need to worry about that, but I am a bit confused in case of chapter 7 (random variables) and chapter 9 (normal distribution) . Should I spend much time on trying to digest these two chapters, in case they are inevitable, or one can touch 90+ without consuming time and brain on them.
