This model includes

Hard Elements includes Strategy,Structure,Systems and

Soft Elements includes Shared Values,Skills,Style,Staff

According to this important model in Organization Development,

1.companies can Improve the performance.

2.Examine the likely effects of future changes.

3.Align departments and processes during a merger or acquisition.

4.Determine how best to implement a proposed strategy.
