Query about Administrative Law and Administrative adjudication
Salaam everyone,
I have a query. Is Administrative Law and Administrative Adjudication same thing? Please help in this regard. Thanks |

Yes they are different
Administrative law is genus and Administrative Adjudication is specie in simple words.
Administrative law deals with wide range of topics such as Rule of Law, Separation of Powers, Delegate Legislation and Administrative Adjudication. Administrative law itself is a separate subject while Administrative Adjudication is a concept studied under Administrative law. There are two types of Adjudications in wider sense i.e Judicial and Administrative. Judicial adjudication is carried out by judges while administrative adjudication is carried out by administrators.
