m starting this thread to deal with past papers of publi ad......
lets start it ,just subjective part is going to b done here....n obviously not a detailed answer is required but mentioning just point wise answer would b considered more than enough

this statement is "peter's principle" which specifies that when a personal reaches a level when there is no more chance to get promoted he gets frustrated and unable to perform tasks efficiently. so i suggest that this question requires explanation of hierarchy "a principle of organization" referring to the peter's principle
