Default how to prepare sections and headings?
AOA.

I want to know that how to prepare sections and headings such as "planning machinery of Pakistan"? Do we have to cram each and every tile or position and steps in the administrative structure of Pakistan's government?
Please spare some time to answer this query. I would be thankful.
