Dear seniors
I am in great trouble please brief me whether the school of thoughts and approaches to study of public administration are same or not? If not then where it is present in Dr.Sultan book public administration..........

the approaches to study of public administration is 3rd chapter in Sultan Khan's book. please help me

YES, School of thought and approach to study of public administration are same thing.
