hello Fatima.
sorry 4 replying late
i ve english literature as my optional subject, and can help u in every possible
way. u can use IFOR Evans, history of english literature 2 prepare ur paper A
but i ll suggest u to prefer the books of Indian writers....... u can use the books of Famous publishers they r excellent. to prepare objective questions go for Jahangir publications...."exam cram".
more questions are welcome. i am aslo adding u into my msn
best of luck
regards

First of all Miss Fatima you shuold opt Englsh Literature only if you have
studied it at Master Level.Fisrt of all must go through the Texts.
without reading Text Notes will be useless.Very well written Notes(threads)
(By Last Island) are also available.some Notes are also attached with Texts.Books published by (Famous proudts) are very usefull b/c these notes r written by Indian Authors.you can also find Notes and criticism on Interne
Just search in google.if you need more notes you can have these notes from Membersd of this forum.

well i dont think there is anything hard unless & until you think there is ... just dont get tense too much ... waisay im sure you covered everything when you all did your masters in this subject, so even a single reading will make you remember everything & all will be fresh in your minds.
anyway good luck

Well Ma,am ( Fatima ) For paper A of English Literature you should buy the book
of T. Singh entitled History of English Literature. One thing is there that you should
not rely on this book alone, instead you should read each writer’s book individually.
· One thing to guide you in study is that if you have not much time to study the text of all
· writers then study only the summary. I did so in CSS2006 and got 60 marks in A paper and 58
· in paper B.
· If you want that I should send you the questions of each writer the send me a mail because
· I know that you are M.A In English and I think will be well aware of its questions.
· Instill objective questions because these are key to success.
· You need not prepare all the 24 writers . Prepare 15 to 18 only.
· Most important hint is that this paper is high scoring provided you complete all the questions.
·
