Arrow English literature not a scoring one?
Assalamo alakum to every one on this forum;
well i ve a query in my mind which most of u might ve and tha is English literature a scoring subject or not? y i m so concerned about this subject is bcz i ve done my major in this subject and now wana opt it in css optional subjects, but i m discouraged by almosy every one including some seniors tha its scoring value is very low. but i personally dont wana swap it with any other subject i have even no basic knowledge of, so i m bit confused abt it. i need ur kind advises comments and suggestions

I have no idea how scoring it is but i opted for it and well i have passed the written so it couldnt have been too bad. Would know abt the score after the interview i guess. I went through the same thing regarding this subject. Just opt for what u are comfortable with. I think its better than dealing with something u have no clue abt.

Salam,

Mostly people discourage to opt English Literature. Nodoubt its scoring value is less but I think its better to opt a subject in which one has full command instead of opting a scoring one without basic knowledge & if hardwork & luck is there in Eng Literature also one can get above 130 marks. So I suggest you to opt this without hesitation becoz interest counts more than scoring or non-scoring value.

Eng literature is not that scoring but u can have an advantage of Eng in a sense. Look u will find ur english improved for all other subjects too. U could speak and write good and proper english that is really important for css. Hope u go my point.

Good point mentioned by you but in my view Eng Literature should not be opted just to enhance English skills & for improvement in other subjects. English Literature only suits those who have a master degree in this.

well i would say if u prepare this subject its the most scoring subject of all
i myself opt the same and scored 140 in that
now its up to u how usee that score in competition
i think its the most hot subjecy available wid a vast margin
