Default Interdisciplinarity vs Multidisciplinarity- Can i treat both as same in this subject
There is a topic in syllabus that demands the explanation of multidisciplinary nature of gender studies. I have found data on interdisciplinarity but not on multidisciplinarity of gender studies. Can these both be used interchangeably.

These are same.
Inter disciplinary means between many disciplines and multi disciplinary means that it spans many disciplines.
Basically, it is the same thing that how gender studies covers different aspects of other disciplines.
