Default Seniors Attention Please!

i need advice regarding const law paper.I hav heard that it is possible to attempt paper by preparing only UK, US AND Pakistani const...

how much truth is there in this statement..........i have sen last papers and think it is correct to some extent but still need affirmation

and i am not opting for pol science paper. and have to prepare only const law....

@Light

In my opinion you should not take such risks in CSS. What if you prepare two or three more constitutions. It won't take your much time. So it is better to prepare the whole syllabus rather 50 percent and that too devoid of self satisfaction .

Go through MODERN CONSTITUTIONS By Mazhar ul Haq, and another book by the same author for Pak Constituions. Besides study a book by Kealy.

In last two years const law paper has not given good scores............can any senior guide me how to attempt questions to get good marks............

You are right dat cosnt law is no more considered to b a gud scoring subject. Unfortunately no good books are available on this subject in local market. Another very impt thing, Const law and pol system are two differnt things, dont take them same . In constitutional law, one has to give reference of different constitutional cases, e.g if u get a question on judicial review in usa cosnt, u can mention cases of dred scott, For pak constitution get a book by PLD publisher. and for USA and UK i wil give u names of some books. best luck
