Please clarify me that whether constitution of USSR or that of Russian federation is in the course...

If USSR is in the course then from where to study it b/c most books carry the material on Russian federation...

It is the constitution of USSR that you need to study and prepare for examination. The book that i would suggest is World Constituions( dogars publishers). And let me tell you that the constituion of USSR is very interesting as well as simple. Enjoy!
