Sir tassawur, I consulted with only two books S.K Kapoor and Aggarwal. What do you suggest should we need new books for new topics or these are sufficient?
thanks to you in advance!

During the preparation of my first attempt I missed some topics which was mentioned in syllabus but I didn't found them in books.
Have you read the said book? Or you just claiming them sufficient on the behalf of other threads?

Here I share with you my experience.
First of all let me tell you that International Law is both scoring and interesting as well . Moreover , it doesn't at all require the background
of law for its preparation . However , it takes time for a better and convincing preparation of the subject for earning good marks . If you have time at your hand , do go for it .
I had scored 71 in it in 2010's attempt and 62 in my attempt of 2011, which was not bad either . And now for the final attempt , I am waiting for the result.
One thing I make clear that I invested proper time in it and paper was easy in 2010 and since 2011 the trend and pattern has got shifted towards analytical questions. But still owing to its being a conceptual and interesting subject, it has kept on rewarding the aspirants with good scores. According to the revised syllabus, no drastic or fundamental change has been brought and the aspirants may keep following the prevalent method of its preparation by following those old books.
Another very important and encouraging thing about this subject is that its mcqs in 20 marks objective portion keep on getting repeated . Solving and preparing mcqs of past ten to fifteen years papers can prove highly instrumental in securing fifteen to 18 marks . One can score beyond 18 also. I had 18 correct in 2012 and more then 15 in 2011. This time also I am expecting the same . This question helps in securing better score . I have posted solved MCQS from past papers since 2000 on this prestigious forum and that may prove quite helpful in preparing that objective portion. Here is the link.
International Law Past Papers MCQS.
But I would again say it is time taking subject as books available in market are a bit bulky comprising of almost thousand pages each . So one has to invest time in their preparation . At least at least at least one month has to be invested in it.
But this investment doesn't go in vain.
the books I used for the preparation were;
International Law by S. K Kapoor
International Law by Agarwal.
For any further query , I am all the available in my capacity if i could be of any assistance.
sir can you please mention the chapter number which are to be covered from S.K. Kapoor's book.
Thank you...
