Default Exemption of topics in new syllabus

salam to all,

Is it safe to assume that the topics of law of seas and important cases are exempted from the new syllabus?

A major part of Public International Law is Law of the Seas, therefore you can not exclude it. whether it is mentioned in syllabus or not.
