Q. 2: International Law is Oxymoronic. Argue.

Q. 3: Explain the basic difference between Primary and Subsidiary sources of International Law.

Q. 4: How can good offices and mediation help in avoiding influence of Security Council's high-handedness? Analyze.

Q. 5: How does International Law deal with POW's (Prisoners of Wars)? Explain with examples.

Q. 6: Under Vienna Convention how would you define treaty, its major features and conditions of termination of a treaty?

Q. 7: What are Jurisdictional constraints to the right of self-determination in context to Montevideo Convention on the recognition of state?

Q. 8: Write short notes on any TWO of the following:
(a) Nature of relationship of a state with an individual
(b) International Soft Law
(c) Collective use of Force









2017 paper for international law
i am just starting the preparation and checking past papers vs syllabus.
i could fnd only 1 question in the syllabus that is collective use of force.

can anyone please guide me regarding this matter.
