I got 46.
I think its scoring subject because i got 46 without any real preparation.

Dear Aspirants Subject selection plays a pivotal role in fetching good score in Css.
I. Law is scoring provided one has proper preparation.
I scored 71 in this subject back in 2015.

80 in 2016.

refrain from academy notes
study the subject properly
never use books of local authors
paper attempt does matter
make short outlines
if possible collect notes from a csp or take guidance from a person who has cleared css.

Kindly elaborate what do you mean by "paper attempt does matter" & "make short outline"? Do you mean that we make outline in paper or during preparations ?
I know these Q.s might be naive but for help sake, kindly do explain.
