You can find some miscellaneous stuff to download at this link, however, I won't suggest you to download a bunch of things that you're most likely not going to read (this happens). I think you should stick with a hard copy of Starke's book and objectives published by Mansoor Book House. International Law is fun to study and the paper is usually very easy. Let me know if you need further guidance on the subject.
