Smile Case laws
Hi

I want to opt International Law. I have checked papers and Tandon book as well. But as am new to the subject, am confused with respect to the case laws. Can anybody please guide me with respect to it. I mean do i need to quote case lawsin every question?

members i want to know which subject is better to opt inter.law or journalism
some 1 said that now int.law is better bcoz questions come in straight forward form .now a days in journalism question come on current issues related to media mean the r unpredictable
is that right plz guide me what to opt .like time is too short what is the best choice.

I have to make a research paper i m confused about topic....i have to select topic from middle east but a case of int law....can any 1 help me choose a topic and regarding its material?????????????

Agarwal's book is good for understanding. but abt tandons i find it more better. actually we dont need to waste a lot of time in trying different books i just used tandons book and scored 70 even in 10 days prep bcz it covers all the aspects of topics

case laws are not necessary in every question. if you have consulted tandon's book you will find relevant cases in relevant topics pick up any one or two which you can easily remember and quote. but cases are importand for some specific topics not every topic

Journalism is not a recommended subject now bcz its score is not good from last 2 years you should better go for I.law

ASA.. i am a css aspirant for 2013. and i am M.Sc. in Biochemistry. in graduation i studied botany, zoology and chemistry. now i opt for botany and zoology plus any subject like Int. law, or IR, forestry, sociology or journalism.. i like course content of Intl law, but i am bit confused.. either it will be high scoring or not?? because its my 1st attempt.. worried and confused. need guidance and some motivation.. help me in opting it.. or if i select intl law,,then what should be my other subject of 100marks??

As well as I. Law is concerned it largely remains a good scoring subject. It has been among high scoring subjects in year 2009 and 2010. In 2011 also it hasn't disappointed the aspirants. My personal experience suggests , one ought to go for it. Besides this Sociology is enjoying its good time as it is among high scoring subjects. Journalism in 2010 proved to be a nightmare for most of the aspirants but in 2011 it proved a high scoring one. However, I. Law and sociology largely remain ever scoring.

u should go for international law book by Mansoor book house. chapter 1, Q.5 is ur required answer. further u will find some other statements of different jurists abt international law and argumentative answers

w.salam, i.law by tandon cover all the topics and best book for preparation. u can also consult i.law by mansoor publishers for Q&A
