you should better go for I.law by jamal abbassi, that is a lecture book for L.L.B students. it will provide u with short summary of all the topics. and proper answers and comprehensive study material is available in L.N.Tandon. i don't think so that you need any other notes. as per recent trend just cramming of notes cannot fetch good marks, imp thing is to grasp the concept

please solve my query.

yes u r right 2013 paper was a bit different but not difficult if u have prepared it well. choice of subject depends on your aptitude and interest. p.ad is usually open type of paper, if you think you can handle that you can opt that. but about i.law although you don't have i.law background still i.law is not so difficult, provided u have a right guidance about the preparation and study material.

It will not take more than 15 days time for full preparation plus 7 or 10 days for full revision.

impotant cases are given in L.N.Tandon with every topic. you just need to put on the reference of case as an example, avoid unnecessary details while quoting any case

My friend for the objective preparation you need not searching some book. In fact most of the time the objective keeps on getting repeated. Therefore , if objectives from past 13 years papers are solved , one gets very well prepared and can get more then 15/20 easily. I was able to grab 18 marks in objectives both of the time I appeared in css. Here on this forum I have solved past years papers objective from 2000 to onwards. And also corrected the errors and mistakes in few past paper before 2000. As I verified almost all the answers from internet , you can rely on them.
Here is the link.

Dear friend!
International law is same for all the countries and there is no separate individual International Law of the sea for any state, Pakistan included.
Good luck!

Bro, International Law no doubt is same for all the states but there are some ways of adoption i.e Specific Adoption Theory, Transformation and Delegation Theory Theory. So you transform International Law in accordance with your municipal laws and customs without diminishing true spirit of International Law.

Pakistan has also adopted International Law of Sea naming it

Territorial Waters and Maritime Zones Act, 1976 (of 22 December 1976)

its not required to mention ANY article in ANY question...but obviously you will be marked accordingly too....If you want to fetch a good score....Mentioning the correct article and if u may, its interpretation, which is available in most text books, can get you a good score
