Can anyone, please, come up with some points proving INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS and certain NON STATE ENTITIES as SUBJECTS of International law??As for INDIVIDUALS there are many treaties and conventions proving them to be the subjects of I.L.But i could not found so much evidences for I. organizations and non state entities.

dear, read the book of tandon and kapoor. there it says that once when the UN, an international organization, accident took place on the lands of Israel (a UN employee was killed), UN went to ICJ and the ICJ's verdict was in the favor of UN. this is one of the examples of intl org as subjects.
as for non state entities. there are some in the book too but i dont seem to recall them at the moment. read the book

tandon and kapoor's book: international law is the title itself. its more than enough. read it carefully and all is done.

The book title is : Internation Law.
