i have a text book of Tandon!! but can any senior tell me the name of writer of i.l key book published by mansoor book house.. as i want to learn the method of attempting qs

I m not asking about text book of tandon and his co writer.. i am wanting to inquire about key book[ a qs ans] of intr. law...
