Help needed, Seniors
AoA all,
Being a new and junior member, I am faced with some technicalities for which kind help and valuable remarks of seniors are required on following issues:- a. Citation of leading cases:- within limited/ short span of time, how should I refer to leading cases, I mean how should be length of the leading case while already attempting a lenghty answer of question. b. How to tackle with international issues, which are eye- catching in terms of international law,ie, Iran nuclear programme, Syria intervention, etc. 3. How should be length of answer. Regards |

Quote:
a) Cite them as reference or examples in few words only. Just key rule or principle decided by the court is suffice. No background or details of cases are needed. Got it b) For Iran Nuclear Issue and Syria Intervention stydy the relevant law i.e Law of Intervention afterthat apply it with your reason on the core issue of Syria Intervention. c) Lenghth does not matter. Try to b precise and to the point. For further assistance you may explore my profile for contact details. Regards
