interim bail is bail granted before arrest for a specified period one can say it is temporary bail. ad interim n interim bail r same thing
anticipatory bail is bail before arrest which is confirmed after interim bail. protective bail is bail which is granted when a person felt in danger of being arrested not by the court of competent jurisdiction but by another court for e.g a case is registered against a person in rawalpindi and he is in lahore he can move a petition in LHC to grant him bail that bail would be protective interim bail. before new amendments there was a law a person can get bail on apprehension that a case can be registered against him which is not repealed that was also kind of protective bail |
