Post Second FIR

seniors i have a presentation to be prepared on topic "can second FIR be registered in the same case?"
kindly suggest me something helpful related to it.
Also refer me some Pakistani case laws to study regarding the topic. Because its not a mere presentation its a law moot actually. So, i have to support my answer with cases references.
waiting! THANK YOU.

The answer is Yes. Second FIR can be lodged in the same case if story narrated by the other party is different from the one told in First FIR.
Remember Sometimes Police simply records Cross Version and not a separate Second FIR, so a second Fir is different from Cross Version.
You can find Case Laws in commentary of FIR chapter of Crpc.
