Default Mercantile law: Addition of new topics to the syllabus
Aoa, Can anyone help or guide us that in which book we can find the new topics of mercantile law. I cannot find any book. The following topics are added to the syllabus of mercantile law: Competition Act 2010, Electronic Transaction Ordinance 2002, Consumer's Protection Act, Electronic Fund Transfer Act, 2007.
