2002 paper all the cases were given from Shukla's examples with changed names, those familiar with the basics managed to solve that paper in only 30-45 minutes and left the hall and even secured 75+ marks, and only a few who just wanted to pass with this easy subject remained there for the complete time and could only score 35-40, if you are studying this somewhere like MBA, BBA or B.Com with the help of a teacher this subject is good, else get yourself checked with somebody well versed in this.

with Shukla, Luqman Baig's Mercantile Law and Cheema's Business Law are sufficient, Emporium's objective book is also good for short questions and quick review.

well i m law graduate,though not appeard in CSS xam yet,bt i did assist my sis 4 tat and found mercantile law too tricky according to papers.even a lawyer could get confused by having a look at it bc all business laws are intermingled and are having almost same facts of cases...hope 4 change of pattern bc attempting jst theoratically rather cases,really makes this law easiest of all sbjects....
though BUSINESS LAW by CHEEMA vil definetly help u out 2 some xtent.

well i am a law graduate and studied m law bt i myself didnt opt it as an optional subject.
its true that m law is a scoring subject bt i think its v tough and lenghty. u will hav to give a lot of time.
i will recomend u muslim law or international law along with constitutional law if u are also having political science.
it will be a bit easy for u. and u can also get good marks in muslim law and international law.
pray for my upcomming css result.
