Default mercentile law.. please advice??

salam ..

i have mercentile law as one of my optionals. if you notice in year 2002 pattern pf the paper changed and case questions were introduced that year but again in year 2003 and year 2004 it was more of free scoring opurtunity for students . but again in 2005 same case questions were given to students .
so for 2006 there is no gurantee about what kind of questions might appear .
i want to know how to prepare for case questions. can anyone guide me on this subject step by step. i know there have been previous posting on this subject.
i will apprecaite if anyone could guide what books to use and howe to attempt case answers whoch can fetch you lot of marks.

thanks

AOA Sara Noman,
Generaly case laws fetch u more marks, but if u answer the case law questions correctly and present the case in right order. Even if u know the answers to the case law question but can't present it in right order u will score low.So presenting a case in proper way is must to score high.To understand how to prepare a case law question, the best way is to consult a law student or any practicing lawyer. You can find loads of material on cases from PLD and other books that are availble in markeet but they wont give u any idea how to answer a case law question. I will try to post a solved case law question on forum( if i get one).

Cool On books

AOA every one
well in mercantile law i prefer lauqman baig , his book is more simpler and easy to understand. This book and Khalid mahmood's company law r suffient enough. i also reccoment getting an objective type book but read it when both the books are complete.
