if it is Mercantile Law than go for the book written by following author.

Mercantile Law by SUCH DEV AND GUPTA.

If you are intending to as Muslim Personnal Law. Following authors are recommended.

D.F Mulla,
Book written by Dogar's Unique publishers on Muslim Personal Law.
Book written by Mansoor Book Depot, the law publishers.

Dear,

The book i mentioned is written by the Indian author. It is comprehensive book and the legal terminologies are given in an elaborate and sophisticated manner. Here in the book you can find the illustrations which eases the complexity or other wise to understand a difficult term.
