Can I opt mercentile law but i have no background in this subject?

salam to all of you here i am just asking about opting of mercentile law or not because from the previous papers i have come to know that this is a technical subject as i am always good with techical subjects so i am thinking of opting it but i have no background relating to this subject as currently i am doing mechanical engineering from uet so should i go for it or not and plz also tell me about the time span of preparind it i am thinking of opting it in place of us history

Dear Zubair Rana

YOu do not need to have a law background in order to opt Mercantile Law. If you can handle a technical subject like Mercantile law, aptly and ably than it is a good scoring subject. You would definetly have gone through the past years papers, so you are in better position to judge yourself. Anyhow one can grasp handy marks in this subject. Best of Luck.
