exact case? What do you mean by this. You cannot use the legal language as used by the judicial officers while rendeing any decesion. A pure ratta is required for this purpose , which definitely requires months to serve the purpose. So, in circumstances, you need to use your own words and reproduce same story within few lines and not bulk of the details as discussed in the case instead, do focus on the topic as asked by the examiner.

Being lawyer , regularly use to study the judgments of the courts and the leading journals like PLD , SCMR, MLD , ALD etc.
