i only followed Business law book by cheema which i had read in b.com
my 3 Q's were good and i wrote 5 pages on each
and the 4th one was general Q and was not much good and wrote 3 pages on it
4 Q's came from contract portion so i attempted only these
i didnt mention many sections but only main and i had wrote my own examples of daily life

my suggestion for you is that
first of all follow cheema book of b.com level and if you got time then also read indian author book of busines law
do only contract,negotiable inst,partnership portion from cheema's book and do read main topics/chapters of company law by luqman baig
just read, do not cram
only memorize imp headings
revise as much as you can
i had only read one time and revised in paper
if i had revised it before paper then might be i had got more marks
