Default Topics of Contract Act
I want to ask about all the topics we need to cover from Contract Act as i have confusion regarding Contingent & Quasi Contract as well as Performance of Contract that whether these chapters needed to be studied too? Those who studied it please reply.

one of my friend who secured 70 marks in ML in CE -2012; went through the whole syllabus including referred topics under contract act.

PS: if m not wrong, performance of contract is one method to discharge the contract; so shall also be discussed in this Question as asked in CE-2013:

Discuss the methods for discharge of contract and clarify discharge by operation of law and Discharge by Agreement with examples.
