bhai kia journalism scoring hai aur aik baat aur ke ap ke kahayal mei sirf aik book se prepration karna har subject ke coz abhi ap ko pata hai sirf 5 and half month reh gaye hain examS mei ,,, bt ho wo prepration ache tarah se toh kia wo kafi hai ?ya 1 se ziada books se knowledge le ke yaad karna zaruri hai ?

Tort in Islamic law.......There is also english law of Torts.
Tort is an infringement of a private or civil right belonging to an individual and its remedy is Compensation.
ot pertain to an individuals right and include right to reputation, right to bodily safety, freedom property etc.
The subject matter of Tort is private right and not a public right.
Kind are.
with refrence to property
with refrence to man's right to freedom
Remedies.
Judicial and extra judicial
Judicial> Qisas, compensation
Extra judicial> Abatement of private nusinace, Distress Qurqi.

Well is there any difference between tort and janayat? and the word used in urdu "harjana" is the same as the remedy of tort?

Best way to judge my post is to start looking from 2005 how many question my post civers every year
