Q 3. What is the meaning of Islamic Jurisprudence? Compare it with that
of Western or Secular Jurisprudence.

Assalam o alaikum,
Istihsan and arguments of Hanafis in favour and Shafais in contradiction is the question asked at least twice in past papers but still unable to find the detail discussion of their arguments in favour and against. all i could find is basic definition of istihsan and some types. or brief stuff that imam shafai was against of it. Kindly provide the detail worth writing for twenty mark question. Thanks.
