Default reference cases in Mulla's book???

In Muhalla's Muhammadan Law, in each chapter a number of cases with complete reference have been described for better understanding and illustration.
I want to know that for getting better score in exam should we memorize the reference cases or these are in book only for understanding?

in paper you must give case laws to get marks in 70's or even higher but if you can't recall the names of parties in any case but situation then can state "for example" "for instance" Mr.A Ms. F etc stay blessed

quote those Indian cases because those laws are still intact in Pakistan Mullas book is more than century old so it's contents are more familiar yo examiners than new one .
Well if you can quote pakistani cases than you must but old cases are easily recognized by them and they can easily evaluate you , so its better to quote most familiar cases in answer and this is for all laws stay blessed

It is because book is very old and MFL 1961 is not in it . If you live in lahore than don't buy any book buy Muslim family law's notes from punjab university book shop they are quite good but you can also buy a book for that stay blessed
