Thumbs up

Philosophy is actually tough for those people who do not have any interest in this subject. But if someone develops interest in this subject then it becomes the most easy one.

Its paper-I i.e. theory of logic is very easy. To secure 70% marks, preparation of only 2 months is sufficient. I mean in just two months if some time is devoted to this subject, along with doing preparation for the other subjects, it would be sufficient for getting good marks. But however I do not suggest that one should pay only this much attention. More attention would obviously be better.

Second paper consists of two parts. (i) Muslim Philosophy and; (ii) Western Philosophy.

These philosophies are not difficult to read or understand but are really difficult to remember. Even its selective study would require the study of many books. It is also not bad scoring subject. If answers are correct and to the point then 70% marks or even more can be taken in it also.

But since theories are really very difficult to remember, so this paper would require continuous study of philosophy books throughout the period of preparation. I opted this subject by not considering its any good or bad quality from exam point of view. I am very much interested in this subject actually.

If the concerned books are studied repeatedly then subject matter of theories can be well remembered. And to study philosophy books is not any tedious or boring task. Subject is very interesting in fact.

Since I myself am extra interested in this subject so there can be element of biasness in my advice about this subject. So you should consider the opinion of other fellows also before actually selecting this subject.

Thanks!
