Smile Psychology vs Geography
Asalam o alaikum
I am new to this forum and I have just started css preparation for year 2018
My optional subjects are : IR, History of US, Environmental sciences, International law now from group 7 I am very very confused.
Plz experienced members guide me whether to choose geography or psychology. I like both subjects and can prepare both but which one is better.
Please give me pros and cons of both.
Which one is more scoring.
I will be much obliged to you for your guidance.
Also suggest books for the subject you recommend.

Syllabus of both subjects is too long to cover for a 100 marks paper. I suggest you to opt anthropology or sociology which are quite easy and general subjects. If you still want to choose among psychology and geography then go for psychology. It is scoring and very interesting subject.

I have heard geography is more scoring and has it's syllabus shortened therefore was confused.

Geography was a 200 marks paper and it is reduced to 100 marks without shortening its syllabus. You have to cover physical and human geography for it. If you find this subject interesting and understandable then go for it. Otherwise I have explained you about other available options.
