Arabic

In 2006 exam for the first time it was clearly mentioned on the question papet that the paper is to adopted either in English or in Arabic.Earlier the candidated had the option to go for urdu as well. Mention should also be made that this is related to only literary history portion. As for translation portion one has the option to translate arabic in urdu or english.

as for score in arabic, in 2004 and in 2006 ppl got very high marks but in 2005 marks of the candidates were poor.

In 2004 i got 154 and mr.tauseef got 124

In 2006 i too had prepared literary preparation in Urdu but keepin in mind the instruction mentioned clearly on Question paper i opted in english and translated everything in english barring the translation of Arabic verses.

if anybody has any specific query regarding arabic he is more than welcome.

well, after seeing hearing ur prob abt geography & other subjects i reckon better u take those subjects which r more 4 u to understand rather depending on others' suggestions. i hve done my M.Sc in geography, & i knw its never easy for a totally naive person to pass its paper coz its a very dry & different subject. Besides, i reckon better u opt for indo pak his, sociology, political science, IR etc coz these r the subjects which can b learnt wisout having much dificulty. Mind u, Geography has its own science, terminolgy which r very very difficult to understand at first. Wish u all the best....
