is there no body here which start arabic preparation on skype because in 2012 one guy start this programme ...kindly if any senior which open-heartedly help us (aspirant) we will be great full to u

my purpose of this thread was that any senior member who study the arabic should start some skype lecture on grammar and poetry so that the aspirants of ce2014 get some benefit from him/her and me as well
if you know arabic hanybee you must start this and spread the knowledge

Though I do not claim myself as a senior, but I scored 142 in CE-2012 and 149 in PMS, I am available if anyone needs a guide or help regarding arabic poetry and language portion.

i must say that you are senior due to your excellent marks than me atleast because i'll appear first time in competitive exam2014 .....and definitely i need guidance and help from you regarding arabic poetry and language.

kal3m,i am also from Grw and Lhr...But is Arabic a suitable subject for those who are going to start it from the beginning....?

How much time,effort you need to have some kind of grip over this subject?

For a beginner if he is only aiming for an average score of 120 than it is a game of a month, with cramming one can get almost 120 scores in this subject. But if one is willing to make some distinction in this subject, one have to start understanding basics of this subject i.e: grammar and have to prepare it under proper guidance. It will take almost two months for full preparation. For a beginner the real issue is Arabic Portion of the paper. Rest of the paper could be attempted in English or Urdu.
