The communication process in simple and easy words

The communication process consists of a message being sent and received. The message may be verbal or non-verbal. The same basic principles apply whether humans, animals, other forms of life, or combinations of these are involved.

Components of the communication process

1.sender/encoder: sends the message

2.message: message is the information or data to be sent.it can be in the form of text, video, audio, symbols etc

3.channel the medium through which the message is to be sent.

4.receiver/decoder decodes and receives the message

5.feedback feedback is the reply given by the receiver to the sender.

6.noise : it is the hurdle in the communication process.

7.context : the surrounding or situation in which the message is sent.
